You will be warmly welcomed and transferred to your hotel for check-in. At 16.00, you will meet your guide and group in the hotel lobby and set off on a walking tour of downtown! This is a great opportunity to really “get your feet wet” and soak up the vibrant atmosphere and learn about the city’s history. We’ll explore Chinatown, Hindu and Buddhist temples, and meander through local markets.  There’s also some very old and unique colonial buildings still standing throughout the city that are remnants from when the British occupied what was then called Rangoon in Burma.
